Our hiring process
All entry-level to mid-level welders and general laborers begin on the On-Call List.
Once you demonstrate a successful period in the on-call position, we will be pleased to offer you a better-suited role that matches your skills and aspirations. Your hard work and dedication will open new opportunities within our team. We look forward to supporting your growth and success.
New hires will start with 60 days as 1099 employees. After transitioning to a company employee, you will gain access to our benefits including workers' compensation, sick time, paid time off, and holiday pay, after just 30 days. Apply today to discover how you can be a part of our journey!
